Arek arrived impressibly on time and after surveying the situation, determined one outside vent did not need replacement, rather a grate/screen insertion would suffice…but, as the 2nd vent did, in fact, require a cap he made a run to HomeDepot to pick one up…While he was fixing the caps he also noticed a ‘derelict’ downspout needed attention, so he strategically placed silicone around a potentially troublesome area…Today was my first experience with A&A Home Repairs, and I am very pleased with the service, and Arek…his great attention to detail shows in his work. Highly recommend!
