Replacement Of Two Outside Vent Caps

 Arek arrived impressibly on time and after surveying the situation, determined one outside vent did not need replacement, rather a grate/screen insertion would suffice...but, as the 2nd vent did, in fact, require a cap he made a run to HomeDepot to pick one up...While he was fixing the caps he also noticed a 'derelict' downspout needed attention, so he strategically placed silicone around a potentially troublesome area...Today was my first experience with A&A Home Repairs, and I am very pleased with the service, and Arek...his great attention to detail shows in his work. Highly recommend!

Bathroom Fan Replacement And Moving Light Switch

 We reached out to Greg to get our bathroom fan replaced and move a switch in a living room. He was one of the few contractors who actually replied to us. With so many handy people that we reached out to who never bothered to even return our calls or emails. Greg came over pretty quickly and gave us a quote. We had his electrician Steve come over to replace the bathroom fan and vented through the side of the house or soffit. He was actually able to vent it out of the roof which was our preference and he also was able to move the switch in our living room for us. All in all he was in and out in about an hour and a half. Very friendly service and very competent service; I would highly recommend them.
